Thera-Paw Inc. 30-Day Return Policy

We want to make your Thera-Paw experience is as pleasant as possible, so please read before placing your order. 

• All returns must have an authorized return number (RNA) issued by Thera-Paw and legibly written on the outside of the returned package.  Please call us to discuss the return (908-439-9139).
• We can only issue refunds if your order was placed directly with Thera-Paw Inc.  Thera-Paw products cannot be directly returned to Thera-Paw if purchased elsewhere.
• Product in “new condition”, meaning unopened product, may be returned for full credit towards future purchases.  If a cash/credit card refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.  The product must be returned before credit is given.
• Due to medical reasons, we cannot re-sell the products once they have been on your dog.  Product that is returned to us that cannot be re-sold will be donated to a non-profit canine organization. No credit is available on these items.
• Custom work is non-refundable.
• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

International Shipping

• We'll gladly ship anywhere on the planet. You will be responsible, though, for shipping and handling charges. 
  
• Our handling charge for international orders is $15.00. 

  
• IMPORTANT: Many countries charge taxes, duties, and import fees. You are responsible, and agree to find out if any additional charges apply and pay for all of these charges.
